within the Northwest quarter and the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 1 North, Range
7 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Coralbell Avenue, as depicted on the subdivision plat for Superstition Point Mesa recorded in
Book 422, page 12;
EXCEPT any part lying within Hawes Road; and
EXCEPT any part lying within 86th Street.

That portion of 85th Street and 86th Street, as depicted on the subdivision plat of Arizona Skies
Mobile Estates West Unit 2, recorded in Book 173 of Maps, page 9, lying Southeasterly
