parts and accessories as described on the list attached.
This summarizes the agreement between Aeromaritime America Inc. and Maricopa County in
which both parties hereby agree to trade an as is 163 Engine and parts/accessories as
described on the attachment for an outstanding invoice and credit for future service.
Total Trade Transaction of $64,000.00
Maricopa County will trade:
• T63-A720 Engine, P/N 6887191, S/N AE-404424 — non serviceable engine located at
AAI's premises since 5/1/2012 in disassembled condition.
• Impeller P/N 23065591, S/N JY107321 TT: 1994.6 IC: 1736 removed from CAE-
848689, Revision32934.
• Inventory of all T63-A720 parts according to listing
Aeromaritime America Inc. will provide:
• Clearance of an outstanding invoice #122064 for $24,664.95
• Future Credit for services incurred after this date at AAI for $39,335.05
