Extension Justification
1. Provide a detailed justification and explanation The county purchased satellite data service for our mobile
satellite. In order to fully reimburse the County for the data
service we need to extend the period of performance from
10/1/18 to 2/1/20. With Grant funded projects we are not
allowed to go out to bid or solicit vendors until the Board of
Supervisors approves and accepts the grant, so we will
need to extend the grant effective dates in order to match
for extending the period of performance. the service agreement.
