A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORMATION OF THE
GIBRALTER ESTATES IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
SECTION 1. The formation of an irrigation water delivery district as
provided by Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chap. 20, and use of the City's rights-of-
way for irrigation water delivery, is hereby recommended for approval for the properties
bounded by portions of Minnezona Avenue to the south, Camelback Road to the north,
28th Street to the west, and 29th Place to the east.
SECTION 2. The Gibralter Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District's use
of the City's rights-of-way is limited to the location and size of the existing irrigation
delivery system.
