A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE CREATION OF THE LA
CELESTA IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
As provided In Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chapters 1 and 20, the
creation of an irrigation water delivery district for single-family residential properties
within the area bounded by Highland Avenue to the south, Mariposa Street to the north,
32nd Street to the west, and 32nd Way to the east, to be known as the La Celesta
, Irrigation Water Delivery District, is hereby endorsed.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 29th day of August,
2018.
