RESOLUTION 19-005 EXECUTE CONTRACT WITH PIMMEX CONTRACTING CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS NOT TO EXCEED $691,069 WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of Maricopa County issued a Request for Proposals (RFP#2018-12-002) for exterior improvements such as roofs, pavements, windows, and stucco various Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) converted sites; and WHEREAS, HAMC sites included in the scope of work are Baden, John Hammond, John Hollar, and Parkview Estates; and WHEREAS, proposals were received by the deadline of January 18, 2019; and WHEREAS, PIMMEX Contracting Corporation met the requirements of the Bid and was selected as low bidder; and WHEREAS, a check of HUD’s Excluded Parties List System and Arizona Registrar of Contractors produced no negative results. NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County hereby adopts Resolution 19-005 and approves execution of a contract with PIMMEX Contracting Company effective January 22, 2019 for property exterior improvements an amount Not-to-Exceed $691,069.
