Scope of Work:
County School Superintendent Offices will:
1. Select and secure participation of three middle schools. (Will include the entire 7th grade
student population).
2. Provide Governor's Office of Youth, Faith and Family (GOYFF) with the number of students in 7th
grade. This will determine the funding allocation amount to be provided to the school by GOYFF.
3. Identify a Project Manager from their Educational Service Agency (ESA) staff.
4. Ensure ESA Project Manager attends all the training at the middle school site in JANUARY.
5. Ensure County Superintendent attendance at the 2-hour event at the middle school in February
or March event.
6. ESA Project Manager will maintain contact with the middle school Project Coordinator to ensure
the school's grant deliverables are met.
