Sharon A. Mills, who being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says:
That she is the person appointed by the Board of Directors to post the notices of
the annual election of Paloma Irrigation and Drainage District, Maricopa County, Arizona
(the District).
That on June 28, 2018 she posted the attached Notice of Annual Election of
Paloma Irrigation and Drainage District of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, at one
public place within the division for which the election is held and also posted a general
notice of the election in the office of the District.
That on June 28, 2018, she posted the above referenced notice in no less than
three different public places in Maricopa County.
That posting of said notices complies with the requirements of Arizona Revised
Statutes Section 48-3016.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Election for members of the
Board of Directors of the PALOMA IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE DISTRICT, will be
held as follows:
Date: November 13, 2018
Purpose of Election: Election of Director of Division Two
Mail Ballot: All voting will be by mail ballot. No polling place will be
provided.
Date Ballots will be Mailed: The District will mail out the ballots on
November 2, 2018.
Deadline for Return of Ballots: Ballots must be returned and received by mail
or hand delivery by 6 p.m. on November 13, 2018 at:
Paloma Irrigation and Drainage District Headquarters
38401 West Highway 8, Gila Bend, AZ 85337
Lost ballot: If a ballot is destroyed, lost, spoiled, or not received, contact
Sharon Mills, District Secretary, at 928-683-2236 for a
replacement ballot.
Who Can Vote: Persons qualified to vote at this election must own at
least 10 acres of agricultural real property within the District
and must be qualified to vote as required under the election
laws of the State of Arizona, as required pursuant to Section
48-3043 of the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Bylaws of the
District.
The Board of Directors has called this election and authorized this notice to
be posted in one public place in each division and at the District Headquarters in
accordance with A.R.S. Section 48-3016(A).
