Medical Plans
Proposed changes to the Cigna HMO are as follows:
 Reduce the Virtual Visit (Telehealth) copay from $5 to $0
Proposed changes to the UnitedHealthcare PPO are as follows:
 Reduce the Virtual Visit (Telehealth) copay from $10 to $0
 Reduce the Premium Provider Copay from $35 to $25
Proposed changes to the Cigna and UnitedHealthcare HDHP with H.S.A. are as
follows:
 Fund the annual County contribution to the H.S.A. on the 2nd payroll in July
 Approve any change in the annual contribution limit for 2019 as released by the
IRS with no change to the County contribution amount
Prescription Plans
Proposed changes to the OptumRx Co-Insurance Prescription Plan (HMO and PPO)
are as follows:
 Add Premium Medication Adherence
 Add Diabetes High Risk Counseling
