Absent: Denny Barney, District 1; Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board; Joy Rich, County Manager; and Andrea Cummings, Legal Counsel. TOUR OF THE INTAKE, TRANSFER AND RELEASE FACILITY Tour of the Intake, Transfer and Release Facility currently under construction at the Maricopa County Durango Campus. (C-06-19-202-M-00) No action was taken on this item. Also in attendance were County Department Personnel and City of Phoenix guests. Two groups were formed to tour the buildings. While touring, each group had an Architect and Construction Project Manager who provided information about the various functions to be accomplished in each area of the Intake, Transfer and Release Facility Center.
