A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE CREATION OF THE
HACIENDA GRANADA IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
As provided in Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chapters 1 and 20, the
creation of an irrigation water delivery district for single-family residential properties
within the area bounded by Hazelwood Street to the south, Elm Street to the north, 40th
Street to the west, and 43rd Street to the east, to be known as the Hacienda Granada
Irrigation Water Delivery District, is hereby endorsed.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 29th day of August,
2018.
