In order to advance your project and receive funding, the requisite contracts must be completed and executed by the authorized individual in your county. Please find enclosed two (2) original copies of the Grant Award Contract for Grant No. CNA19-201. Both originals must be completed and signed by the authorized individual in your county. Return one signed original to the Constable Ethics, Standards & Training Board at the above listed address and retain one original for your records. Upon receipt, funds will be encumbered for your projects and, as called for in your approved proposals, funds will be released to advance your project.
