A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE CREATION OF THE
VENTURA MANOR IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
As provided in Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chapters 1 and 20, the
creation of an irrigation water delivery district for single-family residential properties
within the area bounded by Palm Lane to the south, Oak Street to the north 40th Street
to the west, and 42nd Street to the east, to be known as the Ventura Manor Irrigation
Water Delivery District, is hereby endorsed.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 29th day of August,
2018.
