Jefferson Street, 10 th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003 Ms. McCarroll, This notice from Long Manor IWDD No. 52 serves as a formal request to cancel the biennial election that is to be held on November 21, 2018. We have put out a call to election in our water district. No interested parties have come forward. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Beverly Cassata, Carol Stotko and Anna Herbert who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which they have been serving previously.
