Dear Mr. Kaizer:
Earlier today, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) approved Board
Agenda Item C-86-18-020-1-02 which rescinds the Board’s action taken on September 19,
2018 to approve Amendment No. 1 to Lease L-7471 between Maricopa County (Lessee) and
Eastern-Columbia Properties, LP (Lessor), for additional office and clinic space located at
3320 East Broadway Road, Suite A200, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (the “Premises”) and affirms
that the original Lease L-7471 approved by the Board on September 20, 2017 (C-86-18-020-
1-00) remains in full force and effect.
By signing the Letter Agreement attached to this notice, Maricopa County and Eastern-
Columbia Properties, LP, mutually agree to rescind said Amendment No. 1 and affirm that
the original Lease L-7471 approved September 20, 2017 by both parties (C-86-18-020-1-00)
remains in full force and effect.

2) AFFIRM that the original Lease L-7471 remains in full force and effect.
