A597 Those certain roads, consistent with the right-of-way, together with all appurtenant rights, lying within the Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township 1 North, Range 7 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more particularly described as follows: The South half of Sunland Avenue from the East Right-of-Way line of Ellsworth Road to the Centerline of 96th Street; and The West half of 96th Street from the South line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 27 to the Centerline of Sunland Avenue. (Said roadways are lying in Supervisor District 2.)
