Clearwater Hills Fire District Minutes of the August 16,2918, Clearwater Hills Fire District Board Special Meeting The Clearwater Hills Fire District Board issued Notice of their Special Meeting to be held Thursday, August 16, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. in the Clearwater Hills Office, 7300 N. Tatum Boulevard, Paradise Valley, Arizona, 85253, in accordance with Arizona Statutes, Section 38-431.02. Board members Paul Jones and David Arriola were in attendance. District Administrator Mary Lou Reid attended the meeting. Mr. Jones called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Discussion of reforming Clearwater Hills Fire District After consultation with attorney Garry Hays, Mr. Jones made a Motion to set a date for the Board to hold discussion with its' members about reforming the Clearwater Hills Fire District into a noncontiguous county fire island district in accordance with A.R.S. section 48-851(E). Said notice of meeting to he mailed by U.S. mail to members no later than August 17, 2018. Mr. Atli°la made a second to the Motion and it was unanimously approved. The Public Hearing will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, September 17, 2018. There being no further comment or question, Mr. Aniola moved the meeting be adjourned at 4:30 p.m. Mr. Jones made a second to his motion and the meeting was adjourned.
