That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 1 West of the Gila
and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa, County, Arizona, described as follows,
Commencing at a GLO stone marked "S 1/4" accepted as the south quarter corner of said
Section 1, from which a GLO stone accepted as the southwest corner of said Section 1 bears
North 89°49'38" West, 2632.38 feet;
Thence North 00°09'23" West, along the east line of said Southwest Quarter, 1319.22 feet to
the northeast corner of the of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 1;
Thence continuing North 00°09'23" West, along said east line, 46.68 feet to the Point of
Beginning, being a point on a non-tangent curve concave to the southeast, the center of which
