A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE CREATION OF THE
ORCHID PARK IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
As provided in Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chapters 1 and 20, the
creation of an irrigation water delivery district for single-family residential properties
within the area bounded by Butler Drive to the south, Why Worry Lane to the north, 11th
Avenue to the west, and 7th Avenue to the east, to be known as the Orchid Park
Irrigation Water Delivery District, is hereby endorsed.
