Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, Recorded in Book 9 of Maps,
Page 24; EXCEPT any portion of said Lots that has been Dedicated as Right of Way;

That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 2 North, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt
River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, described as follows:
