Monopole Use Management Agreement, dated October 29, 1999, as amended (“Lease”)
Consent for Modifications
Dear Emily,
As you are aware, Crown Atlantic Company LLC (“Lessee”) is the Lessee under the Lease. Lessee is the owner and operator of
shared wireless communication facilities.
As part our routine maintenance and operations and in order to better serve the public and minimize the amount of towers in
an area where this property is located, and/or improve the financial viability of the site, Lessee plans to modify T-Mobile’s
equipment at the wireless communication facility.
Pursuant to Paragraph 4. Construction of Facilities of the Lease, Lessee is required to obtain your consent. Lessee, therefore,
respectfully requests your consent.
T-Mobile proposes to remove (3) existing panels; add (7) new panels; remove (9) existing TMAs; add (8) new RRHs; add (1)
new large COVP; and add (1) new 1-3/5" hybrid cable. No changes to ground space. Final configuration: (9) panels, (1) large
COVP, (8) RRHs, (18) 7/8" coax, and (1) 1-3/5" hybrid cable. The microwave equipment is to remain installed on the tower:
(1) microwave, (2) ODUs, and (2) 1/2" coax.
Please indicate your consent by executing this letter where indicated below and return one original of same to the address
