ORDER ESTABLISHING GRANITE VISTA PHASE 1A STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (C-64-19-044-7-00) A petition having been filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, praying for the establishment of GRANITE VISTA PHASE 1A Street Lighting Improvement District, under the provisions of Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, 1956, as amended, and said petition having been presented to the Board of Supervisors on the 19 day of September, 2018 at the hour of 9:30 a.m., at the usual meeting place of said Board of Supervisors at 205 West Jefferson Street, in the City of Phoenix, as required by said Arizona Revised Statutes, 1956, as amended. Pursuant to A.R.S. 48-905(C) the Board of Supervisors may summarily order the formation of the district. The Board of Supervisors finds that the said petition is signed by the requisite number of owners of real property and further finds that the public convenience, necessity and welfare will be promoted by the establishment of said district, and hereby, by this formal order declares the findings aforesaid, and establishes the boundaries as follows: SEE ATTACH BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION And further declares that said district is now established under the name of GRANITE VISTA PHASE 1A Street Light Improvement District, by which name it shall be known in all proceedings hereafter.
