RESOLUTION OF THE CIRCLE CITY MORRISTOWN FIRE DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARD — No. 16/17 -2
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE CIRCLE CITY MORRISTOWN FIRE DISTRICT'S
BOUNDARIES TO INCLUDE LAND WITHIN MARICOPA COUNTY AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CIRCLE CITY MORRISTOWN FIRE DISTRICT UPON WRITTEN REQUEST OF THE PROPERTY OWNER
PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 48-262.
Whereas, On April 25 th, 2017, Lucille Thompson (personal representative of the Estate of Mary
Gallagher), requested, in writing, that the Circle City Morristown Fire District amend the boundaries of
the Circle City Morristown Fire District to include its property. The property is specifically described by
the Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) on the attached Exhibit A;
Whereas, The property is located within Maricopa County and is contiguous to the boundaries
of the Circle City Morristown Fire District; and
Whereas, the Circle City Morristown Fire District has determined that the inclusion of the property
within the boundaries of the Circle City Morristown Fire District will benefit the Circle City Morristown
Fire District and the property owner.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Circle City Morristown Fire District governing board
hereby orders the following:
The boundaries of the Circle City Morristown Fire District are hereby amended to include the
property described on the attached Exhibit A.
ADOPTED at a duly noticed public meeting of the Circle City Morristown Fire District governing board on
May 18, 2017.

LUCILLE THOMPSON, was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of MARY
GALLAGHER who deceased on November 11, 2001, and is of legal age, being first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
That RALPH GALLAGHER and MARY GALLAGHER entered into a Joint Tenancy
Deed dated January 13, 1972, executed by GEORGE IVIONNETF and PANSY MONNETT to
RALPH GALLAGHER and MARY GALLAGHER as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
recorded as instrument number 48601, docket 10015, page 860, on February 23, 1972, Official
Records of Maricopa County, Arizona, covering the following described real property:
That part of Lot 5 (NE114 of NW1/4) of Section 3 Township 6 N. Range 4 West of
the Qua and Salt River Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning on the Northeasterly R/W line on Arizona Highway 60, 70, 89 as
described on Dockett 4666, page 417 records of Maricopa County, Arizona, from
whence the N.W. corner of Lot 5 or the N.E. corner of Tract 37. Bears S. 00 20' 25"
East (Cale.) 1130 feet, thence N 890 39' 35" East 672 feet to a point of Beginning
being the N.E. corner. Thence S. 540 34' 35" West 210 feet, thence S 350 25' 25"

Commission, and that all funeral bills, expenses of last illness, etc., have been paid in full.
