This notice from Tanner Groves IWDD No. 37 serves as a formal request to cancel the biennial election
that is to be held on November 21, 2018. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks approval
from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Tammy Farrell,
Dwight Duncan and Martha Sharpe who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he or she has
been serving previously. The term they will serve as trustees will be from January 1, 2019 to December
31, 2020.
