I. The above named agreement is hereby amended as specified below:
3. Agreement Amount: change the Agreement Amount to an aggregate not-to-exceed total from $48,708
to $60,708.00 (increased by $12,000.00 for the budget period August 11, 2018 through August 10,
2019);
6. Expiration Date: extend the Expiration Date to August 10, 2019;

II. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement and its amendments shall remain in full force
and effect.
