AMENDMENT No. 1 TO FACILITY USE AGREEMENT
This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment") to the Facility Use Agreement ("Agreement")
No. P50255 by and between Chandler Unified School District No. 80, a political subdivision of
the State of Arizona ("District") and Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of
Arizona ("User"), dated and approved on November 14, 2014 by the Maricopa County Board of
Supervisors, is made and entered into by and between the District and User, sometimes
collectively hereinafter referred to as the "Parties,"
RECITALS
A. The Agreement is for use of a portion Chandler CARE Center located at 777 E.
Galveston Street, Chandler, AZ 85225 (the "Facility"),
B. The term of the Agreement expires June 30, 2018.
C. The Parties now mutually desire to amend the Agreement to extend the Agreement term,
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, District and User
agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. The Recitals are incorporated herein by this reference.
2. The Agreement term is hereby extended approximately three (3) years, to commence on
July 1, 2018 and expire on June 30, 2021. This Agreement, as amended by this
Amendment, is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. §38-511,
3. The effective date of this Amendment is the date of execution by the Marieopa County
Board of Supervisors.
4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment. All other
terms and conditions of the Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
