Pursuant to Article 1 of the subject License Agreement by and between Silver Spoon
Café, LLC, and Maricopa County; this letter serves as 30-day written notification to
Silver Spoon Café, LLC that earlier today, the Maricopa County Board of
Supervisors approved Agenda Item C-18-08-029-0-01 authorizing the termination of
the subject License on July 13, 2018. The County will contact the Licensee prior to
July 13, 2018 to schedule a walk-through of the licensed premises.
