Hello This is a friendly reminder that we have not received your RICO ACJC quarterly report for the period of January 1 — March 31, 2018. Per Arizona State Revised Statute 13-2314.03 section G. 1 On or before January 28, April 28, July 28 and October 28 of each year, each political subdivision of this state receiving money pursuant to this section shall cause to be filed with the county attorney of the county in which the political subdivision is located a report for the previous calendar quarter. The report shall be on the form prescribed by the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC). The report shall set forth the source of all monies and all expenditures. If a subdivision fails to file a report within 45 days after the report is due and there is no good cause as determined by the ACJC, the county attorney shall make no expenditures from the fund for the benefit of the political subdivision until the report is filed. The county attorney shall be responsible for collecting the reports and transmitting them to the ACJC. Please forward your completed report to our office as soon as possible.
