Amendment No. 3 to Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement
for
Use of Real Property
RECITALS
A. Western Maricopa Education Center, an Arizona Title 15 public school district ("West-
MEC") and Maricopa County, an Arizona Title 11 political subdivision of the State of
Arizona ("Maricopa") (collectively, the "Parties") are Parties to that certain Non-Exclusive
Revocable Facility Use Agreement for Use of Real Property, No. P50243, dated and
approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on October 22, 2014 and
subsequently amended by amendments and approved by the Marieopa County Board of
Supervisors on August 5, 2015 and February 3, 2016 (collectively, the "Agreement"). The
Agreement is for the use of West-MEC Central Campus property located at 6997 North
Glen Harbor Boulevard, Glendale, Arizona (the "Property").
B. The term of the Agreement expires on June 30, 2018.
C. The Parties now mutually desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, mutual promises contained herein
and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which the
Parties hereby acknowledge, West-MEC and Maricopa agree to amend the Agreement as
follows:
1. The accuracy of the foregoing Recitals is hereby acknowledged and by this reference such
Recitals are hereby incorporated into the Agreement,
2. The Agreement term is hereby extended until terminated as provided for in the Agreement.
This Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. §38-511.
3. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by both Parties.
4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other terms
and conditions of the Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
