AMENDMENT No. 4 TO REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
BRIDGING-AZ FURNITURE BANK, Inc. “LICENSEE”
AND
MARICOPA COUNTY, “LICENSOR”
RECITALS
A. Licensor and Licensee (collectively, the “Parties”) are Parties to that certain Revocable
License Agreement No. P50237 dated and approved by the Maricopa County Board of
Supervisors on December 19, 2013, and subsequently amended on May 6, 2015, May 18,
2016 and May 24, 2017 (the “License”). The License is for use of approximately 10,000
square feet of warehouse space located at 1920 South Lewis Street in Mesa, Arizona
B. The term of the License expires on June 30, 2018.
C. Licensor and Licensee now mutually desire to exercise the fourth of five twelve (12) month
term extensions by mutual agreement.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, mutual promises contained
herein and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which
the Parties hereby acknowledge, the Parties agree to amend the License as follows:
1. The Recitals are incorporated herein by this reference.
2. The term of the License is hereby extended for one (1) year commencing on July 1, 2018
through June 30, 2019. This License is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions
of A.R.S. 38-511, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by this reference.
Licensor may terminate the License with or without cause upon 90-days’ written notice.
Licensee and/or any of its employees, agents, officers, directors, members, successors or
assigns hereby waives any and all rights to bring any claim against Licensor or its
employees, agents, officers, directors, members, successors or assigns from or relating in
any way to Licensor’s termination of this License.
3. The effective date of this Amendment No. 4 is the date of execution by the Maricopa
County Board of Supervisors.

4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made to the License by this Amendment
No. 4. All other terms and conditions of the License remain the same and in full force and
effect.
