Re: AI Arizona DC, LLC (ALDI) Property Tax Re-Classification Tax Concurrence “No Objection”
Dear Mr. McGilvray:
The undersigned being a duly authorized representative of Maricopa County does hereby acknowledge and
approve of the proposed property tax reclassification of all future real and personal property of AI Arizona
DC, LLC (“ALDI”) to be located on or at Southwest Corner Indian School Road and N. Cotton Lane,
Goodyear, AZ 85338 (Parcel Numbers 502-30-008L 6 and 502-30-008H) within Greater Maricopa Foreign
Trade Zone No. 277.
In particular, we understand the resulting tax implications in reclassifying for property tax purposes all of
ALDI’s future real and personal property located at each of the sites referenced above from Class 1 with a
tax assessment ratio of 18% to Class 6 with a tax assessment ratio of 5%. As indicated at the outset, we do
not object to the proposed property tax reclassification contemplated herein.
