ITEM TITLE APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL C Number: TBD Action Requested: Approve the following new appointment to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three (3) year term, effective on the first day of the month following BOS approval: Appointments: Cielo Mohapatra (AHCCCS Representative); Erica TeKampe (Service Provider); and Storm Salazar (General Public) Board Required Information: Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the new appointment of Cielo Mohapatra (AHCCCS Representative); Erica TeKampe (Service Provider); Storm Salazar (General Public); for a three (3) year terms, effective on the first day of the month following BOS approval. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
