Monopole Use Management Agreement, dated October 29, 1999, as amended (“Lease”)
Consent for Modifications
Dear Emily,
As you are aware, Crown Atlantic Company LLC (“Lessee”) is the Lessee under the Lease. Lessee is the owner and operator of
shared wireless communication facilities.
In order to better serve the public and minimize the amount of towers in an area where this property is located, and/or
improve the financial viability of the site, Lessee plans to modify A&T’s equipment at the wireless communication facility.
Pursuant to Paragraph 4 of the Lease, Lessee is required to obtain your consent. Lessee, therefore, respectfully requests your
consent.
AT&T proposes to swap (3) panels and (6) RRHs as well as adding in (1) squid and some cabling.
Please indicate your consent by executing this letter where indicated below and return one original of same to the address
indicated above or scanned copy may be emailed.
