Dear Valued Customer,
Maricopa County (Customer") and 10 Capital Princess, LLC ("Licensor") entered into that certain Lease and
Master Services Agreement dated August 4, 2008, as may have been amended from time to time (the
"Agreement").
As you are aware, in early January Iron Mountain acquired the U.S. operations of 10 Data Centers, LLC ("10"). As
of February 1, 2018, 10 and its US subsidiaries (including 10 Phoenix One, LLC, 10 Capital Princess, LLC, 10 New
Jersey One, LLC and 10 Ohio One, LLC) were merged into Iron Mountain Data Centers, LLC, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Iron Mountain, Inc. The surviving entity is Iron Mountain Data Centers, LLC.
As we transition and integrate 10 into Iron Mountain family, you may notice a few administrative changes.
As a result of the entity consolidation described above, your contracts will now be with Iron Mountain Data Centers,
LLC. In addition, your invoice format may look different, and will be in the name of Iron Mountain Data Centers,
LLC. However, all payment accounts, payment addresses and points of contact will remain the same. Attached for
your information is a W-9 for Iron Mountain Data Centers, LLC.
The notice address in the contract remains the same but should be sent to the attention of Iron Mountain Data
Centers, LLC.
