RESOLUTION DELEGATION TO THE DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION THE AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSION AGREEMENT FOR THE MARICOPA COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, Maricopa County is an entity established under the laws of the State of Arizona. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors hereby delegates to the Director of Parks and Recreation the authority to execute Commercial Management Concession Agreements (CMCA) template attached hereto, on behalf of Maricopa County, that are approved “as to form” by the County Attorney’s Office; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director is authorized to make certain administrative revisions to the CMCA as well as alter the term, the timing of payments and the nature of the product or service being offered, and terminate the CMCA.
