Thence North 329.86 feet;
Thence East 411.61 feet;
Thence South 329.85 feet;
Thence West 411.58 feet to Point of Beginning;
EXCEPT the West 25 feet and the North 25 feet thereof; and
EXCEPT the South 25 feet; and
EXCEPT beginning at a point 936.58 feet East and 25 feet North of said Southwest
corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter;
Thence North 279.86 feet;
Thence East 261.61 feet, more or less, to a point which is 125 feet West of the East line
of aforementioned premises;
Thence South 140 feet;
Thence West to the Northeast corner of property conveyed to Henry A. Slater et ux, in
Docket 3515, page 246, Maricopa County records;
Thence South 139.5 feet;
Thence West 220 feet to the Point of Beginning; and
