DIRECTOR'S ELECTION
OF
ELECTRICAL DISTRICT NO. 6
WHEREAS, the annual election of Directors of Electrical District No. 6 was held on
January 13, 2018, in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. §§ 48-1742 et seq.; and
WHEREAS, the canvass of the votes having been made by the Board of Directors of
Electrical District No. 6 and results of said election having been determined, it is hereby:
RESOLVED, that the following persons were elected to the Board of Directors of Electrical
District No. 6 for a three (3) year term commencing January 1, 2018 and that such persons shall
hold office until their successors shall have been elected or appointed and shall have qualified:

Max Koepnick

FINAL COUNTY, ARIZONA
The Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Electrical District Number 6,
does hereby make the following Statement of Results of the Election of Board of Directors held on
January 13, 2018, in said District. This Statement is based upon the official canvass of the returns of
said Election and the Certificate of Results adopted by the Board of Directors of said District.
A copy of the Notice of Election is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
2. The judges at said election were:

Jean Keaster, Judge
William Van Allen, Judge
3. There were 7 ballots mailed and ballots returned. were
returned as invalid address and (A were rejected.
4. The names and the offices of the persons voted for at said Election of Board
of Directors are as follows:
