Maricopa County's Workers' Compensation Liability Form calculates the County's
required security deposit with the Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA) to be
$12,109,327. The current Letter of Credit is $13,526,071 and we are requesting it be
decreased by $1,416,744 to $12,109,327 which is the amount required by the ICA.
