On November 15, 2017, an election was held for the three trustees to serve on the Board of
trustees for the Puerto Cuatro Irrigation Water Delivery District #46. This election represented
the required, bi-annual election for the Board of Trustees for IWDD#46. Elected trustees will
serve 2-year terms. The term will begin on January 1,2018 and end on December 31, 2019.
The results are as follows:
• Mike Brannan, a homeowner residing in the subject district at 4324 E Mitchell Drive,
Phoenix, AZ 85018, was re-elected as a Trustee of the Board.
• Rebecca Kidwell, a homeowner residing in the subject district at 4056 E Weldon Avenue,
Phoenix, AZ 85018, was re-elected as a Trustee of the Board.
• David Dondero, a homeowner residing in the subject district at 4019 E Whitton Avenue,
Phoenix, AZ 85018, was elected Trustee of the Board. He replaces Eric Stern. Mr.
Dondero will also serve as Secretary and Treasurer.
This is to certify the results of the election, where a true and accurate number of 10 votes for
Mike Brannan, number of 9 votes for Rebecca Kidwell and number of 9 votes for David Dondero
were submitted and counted.
At the December 19, 2017 meeting of the Board of Trustees, the count was submitted to the
Board of Trustees for approval. The count for all three candidates was approved and each will
serve on the Board of Trustees from 1/1/2018 to 12/31/19.
Please update your records, including the change in authorized signatures for the Warrant
account and the new contact information for the district, accordingly.
