HP, Inc, is the only animal care.and control operations softWare that provides a coniplete package Yelated to MCACC’s:
business application needs. In additlon,.HLP, Inc. is the only software provider that does not retain the data on theirown
server limiting the access for specialized report writing, MCACC has it's own database server-enabling us.to write reports
at no additional cost. Other software vendors. have canned reports.ahd ray write custom reports for an additional cost.
Hassistance'ls needed with Crystal Reperts or SQL reports, HLP, Inc, provides It at no additional cost. Only HLP, Inc. has the
codes and/or licenses to support this proprietary software. No outside agency has the ability to access the information in
the Chameleon:software database, Every part of MCACC’s business Is integrated into this software and, at this time, tt
would be extremely costly and inefficlent to‘switch to a new vendor that would not meet-all of the department's heeds,
