Detailed information, ownership, full cash values and supporting data are contained in the files of this office and on microfiche. Following this letter, an electronic 2018 State Abstract will be emailed to you which contains valuation information by taxing jurisdiction. These records and the information thereon were prepared by the employees of the Maricopa County Assessor's Office and are available to the Board of Supervisors and the public upon request, in accordance with A.R.S. §42-15153. I hereby certify that, to the best of my information and belief, the above-cited information represents the complete real property assessment roll of Maricopa County for the tax year 2018. I hereby transfer control of the assessment roll, residing on microfiche located in the Assessor's office to the Board of Supervisors in accordance with A.R.S. §42-15153. We will continue to crosscheck the information on the assessment roll. If any discrepancies, omissions, or modifications are discovered, if the State Board of Equalization orders any changes, or there are any other changes resulting from court cases, said changes will be made to the roll.
