Meeting was called to order by John Paletta — Went over the budget and annual report prepared by
Michael Di Vito (CPA for East Morningside). Discussed the lack of participation by property owners, the
notice and ballots for the meetings are sent out and no one responds.
Repair of the irrigation box on 22nd and Glenrosa Ave — both slide gates were replaced and could have
future repair under the street in the middle of Glenrosa Ave. Letter from irrigator regarding repair of
box at 21 st and Glenrosa Ave will be repaired next month.
This is to certify that the Special District (East Morningside Irrigation District) under provision 48-2388
conducted the official canvass of the election and will be presented at the meeting of the board of
supervisors.
