As previously reported, we have some LEAs that will be exiting the TIF5 grant and another that we propose to add. I have attached documentation related to the withdrawal of Mobile ESD and Incito Schools from the TIF5 grant. This includes a memo to you (from me) that documents why the schools are leaving the grant, and a signed letter to each of them that establishes the ending date. In addition, I have included an amendment request for the TIF5 grant to confirm MESD's and Incito's withdrawal and to ask for the inclusion of Valentine Elementary School District as an additional partner on our TIF5 grant. I have also attached the revised list of schools. 1 Valentine Elementary School District is preparing to sign an IGA (Intergovernmental Agreement) pending approval of this amendment. Please let me know if I need to submit any additional information. Thanks, Tyra! 2
