Dear Mr. Watson, This letter serves as documentation that the Kingman Unified School District has decided to not move forward with its participation in the REIL-Extend program; and is withdrawing from its partnership in the TIF5 Teacher Incentive Fund project (CFDA #184.374A). We understand the official termination date will be June 30, 2017. We wish you the very best with the Grant and hopefully we can collaborate on an educational endeavor in the near future. Our involvement with McEsa and the TIF 5 grant has given us positive insights in improving the K-12 educational process and has challenged us to set new goals. Very truly youys, Jacks, SID-SUPerintendent MAflInnriA CONTY rni ` A fiC 1/41° " 1 / MAY 25 PM 12: in Educating today to ensure student success tomorrow
