Dear Dr. Wood, This letter serves as documentation that the Mobile Elementary School District has decided to not move forward with its participation in the REIL-Extend program; and is withdrawing from its partnership in the TIF5 Teacher Incentive Fund project (CFDA #84.374A), effective July 28, 2017. We will move forward with terminating the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and Mobile Elementary School District.
