C-22-18-003-3-01 Amendment No. 1 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY ADMINISTERED BY ITS HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE LODESTAR DAY RESOURCE CENTER Maricopa County (“County”) by and through the Human Services Department and The Lodestar Day Resource Center (referred to as Contractor”) entered into a Contract on or about September 5, 2017 for the provision of baggage storage services at the Human Services Campus. The County and the Contractor may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” The Parties now wish to amend the Agreement as follows: I. Extend the contract expiration date in paragraph 3.1 from December 31, 2017 through March 31, 2018. II. Increase contract amount in paragraph 7.1 by $16,500 for overflow shelter services. Reimbursement requests will be distributed monthly to be billed through March 31, 2018. III. Parties agree that the statutory language of A.R.S. §38-511 are applicable to this Amendment and incorporate the same by reference. IV. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes to the Agreement as amended. All other terms of the original Agreement and Amendments not amended hereby, remain in full force and effect as approved and amended.
