This notice from Myrtle Park IWDD No. 10 serves as a formal request to cancel the biennial election that
is to be held on November 15, 2017. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks approval
from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Linda
Redman, Kim Mershon and Jim Eisenbacher who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he
or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as trustees will be from January 1, 2018 to
December 31, 2019.
