A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORMATION OF THE
MADISON GROVES IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
SECTION 1. The formation of an irrigation water delivery district as
provided by Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chap. 20, and use of the City's rights-of-
way for irrigation water delivery, is recommended for approval for the area known as
Madison Groves Irrigation Water Delivery District which includes the single-family
residential properties bounded by Ocotillo Road on the south, Glendale Avenue on the
north, 12th Street on the west, and the east side of 13th Place on the east.
SECTION 2. The Madison Groves Irrigation Water Delivery District's use
of the City's rights-of-way is limited to the location and size of the existing irrigation
delivery system.
