This notice serves as our formal request to cancel the biennial election that is to be held on November
15, 2017. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-41.0(A), the District seeks approval from the Maricopa County
Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Dawnie Stewart, Howard Morrison and
Scott Morrison who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he or she has been nominated
for the term January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019. Attached are the minutes from the public meeting
notinp, that no other persons turned in a petition to run for the position of Trustee.
