Total paid to MCACC will not exceed more than one-million-dollars during the active dates of promotion listed above. Use of the name: This agreement grants Lance Stafko a limited and non-exclusive license to use only the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control trademarks or logos, in connection with the event/initiative, Language for use in promotional materials: All program materials associated with your charitable event/promotion/initiative must accurately describe the terms of the organization’s relationship in a manner that is tratisparent and not misleading to the consumer. Proper disclosure of charitable relationships helps the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control to comply with requirements imposed by law or regulation under charitable solicitation laws.
